The world of reptiles

This year marks the 80th anniversary of the tragic events in the building of the pre-war cinema in Rozwadów, which during World War II housed the underground premises of the Home Army Kedyw – the so-called Górka. On May 18, 1944, two Home Army soldiers were killed in a clash with the Germans: Stanislaw Szumielewicz “Kryspin” and Kedyw commander Stanislaw Belzinski “Mole”.

The exhibition, prepared by the Natural History Museum of ISEZ PAN in Cracow, presents a variety of species from the reptile cluster. It is an educational exposition, correlated with the curriculum of nature and biology, so it will undoubtedly be an interesting form of diversification of school lessons.

Reptiles from all over the world will be presented in several exhibition modules, divided into areas of their occurrence in an excellent representation of the environment in a natural setting. It will be possible to see, among others: green anaconda, Nile crocodile, Indian varanus, boa constrictor and many other specimens.

Part of the exhibition will be an educational zone, where film projections and multimedia animations will be available to visitors in addition to games, games, puzzles.
