THE NEW EUROPEAN BAUHAUS - A VISION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CENTER OF STALOWA WOLA AND THE IDENTITY OF THE CITY

The exhibition is a summary of the architectural and urban planning competition for the development of a concept design for the new center of our city. It consists of works by students of the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology, who, having come into contact with the needs of the residents of Stalowa Wola, thanks to a fresh look and with the help of unconventional ideas, were tasked with proposing new solutions in the urban space, especially in its central part. The theme of the exhibition is part of the current activities of the authorities of Stalowa Wola, concerning plans for the development of the area of Józef Piłsudski Square.
The organizers of the event are: Department of Urban Design and Rural Landscape of the Faculty of Architecture of the Warsaw University of Technology, Stalowa Wola City Hall, the Regional Museum in Stalowa Wola and the M. Wańkowicz Municipal Public Library in Stalowa Wola.
