The exhibition presents about 30 works that gave birth to the art collection at the Stalowa Wola museum. The collection of works by contemporary artists was donated at the time (in 1995) by the Society of Friends of Fine Arts in Stalowa Wola.
The character of this collection is dominated by works of artists creating in our region, or connected with it by origin.
Works made in various techniques present both subjects expressed in figural motifs and in abstraction.
Some of the presented works also come from the private collection of Mrs. Maria Jacek, who as an art historian and member of TPSP in Stalowa Wola in the 90s was involved in the creation of our museum.
