Rozwadów, a town founded by Gabriel Rozwadowski on the grounds of Charzewice village by virtue of a privilege issued by John III Sobieski in 1690, was visible on maps until 1973, when it was incorporated into the growing urban agglomeration of Stalowa Wola. The passing 320 years of the city’s history became a pretext for recalling events, images and episodes from Rozwadów’s history recorded on about 100 old photographs and postcards.

The album includes photographs by Rozwadów mayor Klaudiusz Krzehlik taken in 1940-1944, as well as post-war photographs whose negatives were found by accident in a disused doctor’s office. For the most part, these collections have never been published before.

Format 25×21, hardcover binding, pp. 63.
