Only persons deceased for at least 2 years are included.The territorial scope of the dictionary is approximately the area of the current districts of Stalowa Wola and Nisko.Biographies are illustrated with numerous photographs.The dictionary is an open publication with an unlimited number of volumes. More will be published in the following years.
