Happy hour: Young Poland

The first of these, Secession, is an exhibition that took place in the spring of 2019. Art Nouveau is a phenomenon that co-created the phenomenon of Young Poland and manifested itself mainly in utilitarian objects (glass, ceramics, furniture). The section of the catalog on Art Nouveau is an excellent introduction to the section devoted to the next exhibition, titled. “Happy Hour: Young Poland dedicated mainly to the paintings of Young Poland. The text by Dr. Anna Król presents, among other things, the influence of Japanese art on Young Poland artists. The catalog contains reproductions of works from both exhibitions.
