ChopinART. Exhibition Catalogue
ChopinART exhibition catalog was prepared by Anna Król – curator of the exhibition.
The catalog presents detailed descriptions and photographs of all exhibits presented during the Stalowa Wola edition of ChopinART. The catalog contains texts – in Polish and Ukrainian – about the Chopinians in the collection of the Princes Czartoryski Foundation and Library by Anna Król and Janusz Pezda. Olha Perełyhina – the Ukrainian curator of the exhibition – presented the extraordinary history of the Lviv Chopininians, who formed one of the first museums of Fryderyk Chopin. The painting Last Chords of Chopin, by Jozef Krzesz Mecina, was analyzed by Igor Chomyn, curator of the Lviv National Art Gallery. Complementing the catalog is an extensive calendar of the composer’s life compiled by Marek Wiatrowicz.
