Sprig of Pine 2022

“Sprig of Pine” – the most important award in the field of culture awarded by the City of Stalowa Wola went yesterday to Museum employee Romuald Chagowski. He received it in the “digital culture” category for the project “COP online. The past that is a model for the future”. The nomination in the “cultural event” category also went to Elzbieta Skromak of the Ethnography Department, for the project “Folk decorations as inspiration for small and large”, prepared last year.

As part of the award-winning project, 75 relics that are testimony to the cultural heritage of the CID were substantively developed, conserved and digitized. The materials have been made available in an attractive digital form on the platform https://zbiory.muzeum.stalowawola.pl/ along with a hundred objects digitized earlier.
