Sybil 2017

The Stalowa Wola museum received the highly prestigious honors awarded in the 2017 Sibyl Museum Event of the Year competition for its “City and Forest” project.

Awarded in the education category, the “City and Forest” project measured up to the many “diseases” affecting our urbanized environment. It drew attention to animals living in cities: birds, insects and mammals, their needs, habits and the dangers they face. An important premise of the project became the development of ecological awareness and encouragement to influence the fate of their own and close surroundings. The author of the project is Ewa Solarz.
