Femininity at the turn of the century. Meeting on the occasion of Women's Day 3.03.2024

Program:

Starting at 3 p.m., at the permanent exhibition of works by Alphonse Karpinski, we will revolve around the theme of femininity, female beauty and the ways in which artists presented it at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. We will touch on femininity in different cultures and talk about the paradoxes of female nature.

At 4:15 pm we invite you to participate in a workshop with a rose motif. It will be decoupage on a slice of wood. During this creative, creative meeting, participants will make a charming gift for a woman close to them: mother, wife, daughter, friend….
