Family Sunday at Karpinski Gallery (11.08)
Karpinski was once a child, too! We invite children aged 6 to 11 with their caregivers to Family Sunday at the Alphonse Karpinski Painting Gallery. We will pass the time with joy, creativity and fun together.
In the first part of the meeting we will go to an exhibition of works by Alfons Karpiński. We will consider what kind of child he was, what he was interested in and who influenced his choice of artistic path as a painter.
During the meeting there will be plenty of games in which parents and children will take part. Remembering interesting facts and information about Karpiński’s life will be made easier by puzzles we have prepared.
During the workshop we will decorate cotton bags with a floral motif. We will use plastic bags to give them a second life.
