Did you know that members of ancient cultures celebrated the beginning of the year precisely in spring? The ceremonies began around the equinox and lasted for several days. From those times comes, for example, the drowning of Marzanna as we know it today. But have you heard of mothballs? Created from pieces of cloth, the doll is supposed to attract good luck, assurances of abundance and the fulfillment of one dream.
