The first day of the festival will focus on the career prospects of young talents. As part of the Careers Module, a University Town will take place at the heart of the COP Museum, which is a platform where secondary schools and universities will present their proposals. This is an opportunity for secondary school pupils and graduates to get to know a wide range of educational offers in one place. On the same day, on the premises of the Rzeszów University of Technology in Stalowa Wola, the final of the inter-school competition in the form of an Oxford debate will take place, where participants will exchange views and engage in creative dialogue.

Saturday 25 May is a day of intense discussions and knowledge sharing. A challenge will be held at the Rzeszów University of Technology in Stalowa Wola, the task of which is for participants to come up with a creative name for the IDA Industrial Accelerator. The prize is PLN 2,000. There will also be an interdisciplinary conference entitled. ‘Innovation in Energy’, which will bring together experts and enthusiasts to discuss the latest trends and opportunities in the energy sector. Panel discussions and thematic presentations will provide a rich dose of knowledge on nuclear energy, cross-sector cooperation and available subsidies for energy development.

Sunday 26 May is a day for families. The COP Museum will then host an educational picnic combining entertainment and science. A rich programme of attractions, workshops and demonstrations has been prepared for the youngest and their carers, including a family competition entitled ‘Meet the Heroes of CID’, which will test the participants’ knowledge of the history and achievements of the Central Industrial District.

We invite all science, technology and innovation enthusiasts to participate in the Invention Festival at the CID Museum, where everyone will find something for themselves and be inspired to be creative.
