The Regional Museum in Stalowa Wola invites you to participate in the conference ‘Lasowiacki patterns according to Maria Kozłowa. The creator and her legacy’. It is the year 2024 that marks the 25th anniversary of the death of Maria Kozłowa, an outstanding populariser of the Lasowiak folk culture. The upcoming conference aims to popularise the legacy of the Machów artist in terms of regional design, from which those who remember her work draw, as well as the younger generation of artists, who are often not fully versed in the subject. The conference will be an excellent opportunity to promote the Lasowiak heritage and to exchange knowledge among the community of researchers, creators and lovers of folk culture.
